Website operator
This website is operated by Bid Champions Ltd, company number 05387870, whose registered office is Charter Buildings, 9 Ashton Lane, Sale, Greater Manchester M33 6WT, United Kingdom. Questions about the website may be sent to info@bidchampions.com.
Scope of these terms
These terms address access to bidchampions.co.uk, its public articles, the browser-only Bid Strengthening Plan and its enquiry routes. They do not themselves appoint Bid Champions, reserve capacity, create exclusivity, approve a bid, authorise access to a procurement portal or replace a signed proposal, statement of work or other engagement agreement.
If a signed engagement agreement conflicts with website information, the agreement governs the professional services it covers.
Information, not a result guarantee
Website material is general information about bidding, procurement and organisational capability. It is not legal, financial, tax, regulatory, cyber-security or procurement-authority advice. Requirements differ by procurement, buyer, jurisdiction, date and bidder circumstances; users must check the live notice, procurement documents, clarifications and applicable professional advice.
No diagnostic, article, conversation or engagement can guarantee selection, award, revenue, score, compliance or buyer acceptance. The Bid Strengthening Plan identifies areas for structured discussion; it is not a win probability, formal accreditation or buyer decision.
Accuracy and change
Bid Champions aims to date and source time-sensitive public content, but opportunities, law, policy, portals and guidance can change. A publication date is not a promise that every linked source remains current. Prospective language must not be read as confirmation that a future rule or programme is in force.
Bid Champions may correct, update, withdraw or reorganise website material. It must not silently convert an unverified claim, illustrative scenario or research note into client evidence.
Your responsibilities
- Provide information you are authorised to share and that is reasonably necessary for the request.
- Do not submit credentials, malicious code, unlawful material or third-party personal/confidential information without a lawful and contractual basis.
- Check tender deadlines, portal rules, buyer instructions, declarations, evidence and the final submission.
- Retain authority over prices, commitments, partners, claims, certifications, signatures and binding decisions.
- Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe private systems, overload the service, impersonate another person or interfere with other users.
Enquiries and confidential material
A message is sent only when the website displays a success response and reference. If it does not, treat the message as not received and use the displayed email alternative.
The public contact form does not accept files. Do not email confidential tender material, passwords or access credentials to the general contact address. Where documents are necessary, first agree an appropriate secure exchange route and confirm the intended recipient.
Intellectual property
The website’s original text, structure, graphics, code, brand assets and method materials may be protected by copyright, trade-mark and other rights belonging to Bid Champions or its licensors. Unless an approved licence or engagement agreement says otherwise, users may read, print or save a reasonable copy for their own internal evaluation but may not republish, sell, scrape at scale, remove notices, train a competing content system on protected material, or present the material as their own.
Buyer documents, client files, third-party marks and linked source material remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. A link or reference does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement.
Material you provide
You retain whatever rights you hold in material you provide. A separate engagement agreement defines the limited permission Bid Champions needs to receive, secure, inspect, copy and use that material for the requested purpose, together with confidentiality, return/deletion and output ownership.
Third-party websites
Links to procurement portals, regulators, government guidance and other sites are supplied for context. Bid Champions does not operate those sites and cannot control their availability, security, accessibility, cookies or later content. Users should verify the destination and its terms before relying on it or uploading information.
Availability and security
The website may be suspended for maintenance, security, hosting failure or release control. Bid Champions does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Responsible vulnerability reports can be sent using the instructions in security.txt; do not access, alter or retain other people’s information while testing.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that boundary, Bid Champions is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on general website information instead of the live procurement documents, appropriate professional advice or a signed engagement agreement. Service-specific responsibilities and any agreed liability provisions belong in that agreement.
Governing law and disputes
These website terms do not override mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to a user. A signed engagement agreement contains the governing provisions for the professional services it covers. Concerns should first be sent to info@bidchampions.com.
Changes
Changes apply prospectively from their published effective date. A website update does not amend a separately signed engagement agreement.
